Taïm

Jessi and I decided to check out this really good falafel place called Taïm. We may or may not have heard about it when the owner beat Bobby Flay on Throwdown... Either way, I'm really glad we went.

You can get this huge falafel platter for under $10.
Trust me, it is worth every single penny.
I also found out something new,

Jessi is really good at making sauces look even more fancy.
I don't know what she was going for on the middle one, a tree maybe?

    I saw that throwdown! My girlfriend and I watch the food chanel before we go to sleep, throwdown is definitely one of my favorites.. as long as they are cooking something that is good. Bobby Flay(as well as all the other hosts on the food network) are total kooks, but the food always looks so good. If you watch at the end of Throwdown whenever bobby flay gives the line "to all you cooks out there keep doin' whatcha do, but ask yourself this:" then the person he challenges says "are you ready for a throwdown?" watch bobby flay when they say that. he mouths it every time. so you know those cooks are taking more than one try to say, "are you ready for a throwdown?"
